Aida Duncan, President

Aida is our designer and visionary.  Her passion for great results start with a great plan.  Whether she is working on one of her on own projects or your - she is always focused on the long term goals and satisfaction of her clients.  Aida is also a Licensed Realtor and can advise you in all aspects of buying and selling houses.

Tim Duncan, Owner / General Contractor / Loan Officer

Tim makes sure the project stays on track and on budget.  He is a hands-on worker and supervisor and has a wealth of knowledge of remodeling techniques.  Tim is also a Licensed General Contractor and Mortgage Loan Officer.

Victor, Project Leader

Victor is our construction expert.  With over 30 years of residential and commercial renovation experience, there is no job too big or small.  He has all the know-how and tools to get the job done right.
